Silver Beach is a brand new luxury waterfront home on the private (warm) side of Lake Anna. This 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home has5,000+ sq ft on three finished levels with plenty of room for the extended family to enjoy time together.

The property boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen with massive island and walk in pantry. With floor to ceiling windows, you'll have an unmatched view of the lake from the comfortable living room.Feel free to wind-up on thePeloton stationary bike (bring your Peloton shoes or use regular athletic shoes!) or wind-down withsome familyentertainment including basketball, foosball, board games and puzzles.

If the outdoors are more your style, enjoy swimming from the beach, fishing off the dock, and boating with all the activities Lake Anna has to offer.

Need to be accessible while on vacation? This home is setup for remote work with high speed internet and standing desk with laptop port and dual monitors.

Our home has 6 bedrooms (all with blackout curtains!).

• Bedroom 2: Main level. Standard King
• Bedroom 3: Upper level. XL twin over Queen bunk with twin trundle. Shared bathroom with bedroom 4.
• Bedroom 4: Upper level. XL twin over Queen bunk with twin trundle. Shared bathroom with bedroom 3.
• Bedroom 5: Upper level. California King with attached bathroom. Full size crib in large, ventilated walk-in closet with sound machine. (We wish we had this setup when ours were babies!)
• Bedroom 6: Basement level. Standard King with attached bathroom.

Kitchen has both Keurig and standard coffee pot. While we supply many items that are easy to maintain (e.g., dishwasher and dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.), we do not provide paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels. Gas grill and propane provided.
